Who is Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living, Inc. ?

Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living, Inc. is an educational publishing company, based in southwest Wisconsin, whose personal debt-elimination system has been taught to nearly a half million people over the past decade, through classroom instruction, in-home consultations, and home study programs.

The Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® system has been taught in corporate venues such as 3M, US Steel, and Ford Motor Company, as well as colleges and major universities all across the country. Our educational products include books, audio cassettes, videos, and software, all of which teach our simple-yet-powerful rapid debt-elimination system. The system will help the average American family pay off all their debts, including a home mortgage, in a little over seven years. It will then show them how to channel the money that used to be going to debt payments into a retirement plan that can build to over a million dollars in the same time it would have taken them just to pay off their mortgage.

We also offer a service, called Consumer Credit Resolution™, designed to take the pressure off people in credit debt trouble. Unlike non-profit programs like Consumer Credit Counselors, which actually work on behalf of your creditors...the Consumer Credit Resolution™ program starts with what total monthly payments are really POSSIBLE for you, and the program then dictates to your creditors how much they will receive. This results in a plan that is workable for you, from start to finish. If you're not sure what program is best for you, then take our FREE debt Analysis.

Is it really possible to pay off ALL my debts in such a short time ?

Let's say you have a home with a $100,000 balance on your mortgage, and a $1,000 monthly payment. We'll further say you have an assortment of other debts, including car payments and credit cards, that also require $1,000 a month in payments.

The Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® system, on average, would pay off the car and other debts in the first couple years. I know we're simplifying here, but you'd be surprised how consistently this works out.

Once the non-home debts are paid off, you'd have an extra $1,000 a month to put against your mortgage. Added to the regular monthly payment, that would mean you'd be paying the mortgage company $2,000 a month. A $100,000 balance, divided by $2,000 monthly payments, would be gone in 50 months. That's four years and two months! Of course interest would slow it down a little, but it wouldn't add more than ten months to the process. So the mortgage would take no more than about 5 years to wipe out.

Added to the two years it took to eliminate the non-home debt...Seven years total!

The truth is that many people are completely debt-free in much less than seven years. It really depends on your individual circumstances. But under no reasonable circumstances could it take much more than a year or so longer...and from that point on you'd have $2,000 a month to invest. How long would it take you to get rich that way?

Should I pay off my mortgage and lose the tax deduction ?

That's easy to answer. YES!

Let's look at some numbers. We'll say you're in the 28% tax bracket. That means, for every dollar you pay towards mortgage interest, Uncle Sam will give you a 28 cent break on your income taxes. Now think about that for a moment. You're paying a dollar and getting 28 cents back.

If you think that's a good deal, we'll give you 28 cents for every dollar you bring us! But that wouldn't make sense, would it? You'd obviously be losing 72 cents on each dollar...right? Well, that's exactly what's happening to you via the mortgage interest tax deduction deal. It's a loser. And you should get rid of it as rapidly as you can.

It would be much better to pay off the house, and pay the government their 28 percent tax on your income. At least you'll get to keep 72 cents out of every dollar, instead of sending it off to make the mortgage company richer.

How much will this cost me ?

Not one of our educational products costs a hundred dollars. In fact, none of them cost anywhere near a hundred dollars. So they're quite inexpensive. Yet our system can easily save you over a hundred thousand dollars in interest payments, and give you a real shot at a million dollar retirement nest egg.

The Consumer Credit Resolution™ program has its own pricing structure, which you can review. And when you do, you should ask yourself, how much is your peace of mind worth. If you're being pressured by debts...or, worse yet, being pressured by collection calls and letters, Consumer Credit Resolution™ can immediately eliminate the pressure, and put you on a payment plan that will actually work for you AND pay off your debts.

Will I have to live like a pauper to do your plan ?

You will have to adjust the behavior that got you into debt, but you won't have to live like a pauper. In fact, most people find that it's their debts that really force them to live like paupers, when -- after charging up their credit cards -- all their monthly income goes out to debt payments...leaving them pauper-like change to live on each month.

But, after they've paid off their first few debts, they have available money each month for emergencies or other needs, because those monthly payments are GONE!

Let's face it, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, but expecting a different result. If you continue using money the way you have been, you'll continue getting the same (indebted) result. But, if you learn the Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® system, you'll change the way you view your money, you'll make more informed buying decisions, and you'll soon be debt-free and building retirement wealth.

And that's not a dream. We've seen it work.

Could I make any money teaching others your system ?

Yes. We have two programs.

In one we certify seminar leaders to teach our Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® seminar and resell our products in schools, corporations, churches, and public venues like hotel meeting rooms. These people are called Professional Seminar Leaders.

In the other we certify marketing representatives to purchase all our Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living® products at wholesale, and sell them at retail prices. It's an opportunity to both help others...and yourself.

If you'd be interested in finding out more about becoming one of our Professional Seminar Leaders or Marketing Representatives.

"Dear Mr. Cummuta, First I would like to let you know how much I have enjoyed and benefited from your course. I have used your information and I am now at the point where I will be accelerating the paying off my mortgage. Even though I live in Canada and our taxes and mortgage rules are a little different the essence of your course very much applies."
