Back to TopDo you have alternative payment plans available to help me get started as a Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader ?Yes! We realize that the cost of becoming a Transforming Debt into Wealth® seminar leader represents a significant cash outlay, so to help you get started, we’ve provided you with a payment option. You can make three monthly payments of $625.00, followed by a continuing monthly payment of $125.00. The monthly payment will also keep your license active as long as you are a Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader. You will not have to renew annually. Back to TopWhat other expenses are involved in doing this business ?In addition to the Transforming Debt into Wealth® package and license, and normal business start-up expenses, you would need to have a laptop computer with Microsoft® PowerPoint® (or compatible software) installed, along with a digital projector to show the TDIW seminar slides. If you don’t have these items already, you should be able to purchase an adequate computer and projector for around $2,000 to $2,500 combined. You should also purchase a small inventory of Transforming Debt into Wealth® products to have them available for purchase at your first seminar. And you should plan a budget for marketing your seminar business. It doesn't have to be a lot, but it won't be free. These issues are dealt with in detail at the training. Back to TopAre there any additional costs for me to attend the two-day Certification Training ?There are no additional program costs to attend the two-day Certification Training; however, you will be responsible for your own travel and accommodations. Back to TopHow often and where do you conduct these Certification Trainings?We normally conduct four Certification Trainings per year. All training classes are conducted at a hotel location in the Chicago area. Who are the instructors for the Transforming Debt into Wealth Certification Training?Your main instructor over the two day training will be John Cummuta himself! There will also be additional instruction by Mel Wild, Seminar Leader Administrator, and Tony Manganiello, President/CEO of Debt-Free & Prosperous Living, Inc. Can I conduct seminars before I get certified?Yes, you can. You will receive audio sessions from a Seminar Leader training, as well as a DVD of John doing the Transforming Debt into Wealth® seminar. However, we do expect you to attend the Certification training class as soon as possible. The two-day training will give you vital information and insight you need to be successful in this business. Is there a money-back guarantee with this program?There is a 30-day money-back refund policy with the Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader program. You would need to return all materials to us before the refund will be issued. Why is there an annual license and what does that license give me?John Cummuta is the international trademark owner of "Transforming Debt into Wealth®, and he retains ownership and rights to all Transforming Debt into Wealth® seminar materials and presentations of his methods and concepts so, by being licensed, you gain permission to use the Transforming Debt Into Wealth® trademarked title and conduct seminars under the same name. This is to your benefit since you will be able to take advantage of the broad exposure John Cummuta is getting worldwide with this best-selling product. John's Transforming Debt into Wealth® system is being advertised on both national and local radio across America, including all the networks and most popular national talk and sports shows. Your annual license also allows you to attend the Certification Training and re-attend every year for a refresher course, if needed, every year you are licensed (limited to one training class per year.) Can my spouse or business partner attend the Certification training since he/she is doing the Transforming Debt into Wealth® business with me?Yes! We recognize legally married people as a business partnership so both can attend the Certification training class. We also recognize legal business partnerships and corporations, but the license is limited to two individuals. How do I make money as a Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader?It is possible to make money several different ways as a Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader.
For more information about Tower’s debt management programs, click here Do I have to inventory products to sell at my seminars?You will need to buy the necessary materials in advance for your seminar. However, we will teach you how to do this for maximum profitability. Can I have products drop-shipped directly to my customers?We do not drop-ship products to individual customers but we can ship seminar products directly to your seminar venue (must be a place of business or church with a UPS shipping address). What are the approximate profit margins on reselling your Transforming Debt into Wealth® products?You will usually make a 50% to 70% gross profit on the Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Manual (required for every attendee), depending on how many books you purchase. Your gross profit margin is usually around 50% on all other Transforming Debt into Wealth® products. The actual profit margin is dependent on the particular product and the volume of your purchase, and whether it is a Debt-FREE & Prosperous Living, Inc. published product or it is obtained from another publisher. How much money can I make, and how long will it reasonably take to make money in this seminar business?As you might expect, this largely depends on several factors:
You can build this business on a shoestring budget, but just realize that it will take longer. Most business start-ups can take months, even years, to become profitable. With the Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar business, you can reasonably expect that the process of marketing and booking seminars will take six months to a year to build into a substantial business. But you can begin making money right away with your current contacts, spheres of influence (business, churches, etc.), and by selling the Transforming Debt into Wealth® products. How much do Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader’s normally charge for their seminars?The average seminar fee ranges from $79 and $129 per person or couple. This fee includes the Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Manual, which is required for each individual or couple attending seminar. Another option is to have a corporation, association, community organizatino, or church sponsor the seminar. You can charge the organization a flat fee, based on a maximum number of attendees, and then a per person fee for additional attendees. The fee should include the cost of the Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Training Manual for each attendee. Do you have protected territories or am I free to go wherever I choose?No, there are no protected territories, so you can market your seminars anywhere you choose. We have found that with the hundreds of thousands of adult education programs and other organizations seeking speakers and seminar leaders for their meetings, as well as churches and the opportunity for public seminars you sponsor yourself, there is no chance of seminar leaders stepping on each other's opportunities. There is really no need for territories. Can I change the seminar content or title?No, the seminar content or title cannot be changed or altered in any way. It is all copyright and trademark protected. The reason we do this is to create consistency and brand awareness. The first benefit of this brand awareness is when you talk to decision makers at potential sponsoring organizations. You can ask if they've heard John's nationwide radio advertising campaign. You can also mention that John has taught this very seminar around the world, with such names as Anthony Robbins, and that John himself taught you how to teach his principles to others. The second benefit of the Transforming Debt into Wealth® brand awareness, when a person attends your Transforming Debt into Wealth® seminar, he or she will know that it will be the same presentation that John Cummuta gives in his seminars and teaches in his products advertised on the radio. Am I allowed to use any of the Transforming Debt into Wealth® seminar materials without being licensed?You cannot present the Transforming Debt into Wealth® seminar materials or use the Transforming Debt Into Wealth® brand name without being licensed. It would be a violation of federal copyright and trademark laws. Am I responsible for my own marketing or do you provide leads for seminar opportunities?You are responsible to generate your own seminar business and leads, but we will train you how to do this and help you whenever we can. For instance, if you are certified, and we are contacted by someone to conduct a Transforming Debt into Wealth® seminar that happens to be in your area, we may send that contact to you! (Note: There may be additional requirements to refer seminar leads to you, to ensure the quality of presentation). Can I sell other non-Transforming Debt into Wealth® products and services with this seminar?You cannot offer any non-Transforming Debt into Wealth® products or services during your seminar. However, you can follow-up with your attendees and offer your other products or services, provided that the products or services do not violate the Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader licensing agreement. What type of training support do you provide?In addition to the live two-day training that comes as a part of your licensing package, your Transforming Debt into Wealth® Seminar Leader package will also come with a DVD of John Cummuta doing the Transforming Debt into Wealth seminar before a live audience. You'll also receive a complete Seminar Training manual packed full of ideas to help you get started and successfully build your business. In addition, we will be making the two-day Certification training available on CD-ROM to reinforce what you learned at the training (available by fall 2005). We also provide conduct conference coaching calls with seasoned veterans, where we share business ideas that work and answer questions.
